一、价值主张

国际青年设计周是各个国家的美术馆联合发起的一项长期的艺术设计项目。我们致力于打造国际青年设计师、艺术家、艺术设计爱好者交流与发展的公共艺术平台。

二、年度主题

“+”作为一级运算的科学符号，既代表了对于自然与日常的科学研究态度，又代表着一种增益的力量。在全球化逐渐深化的今天，全球的每个地域都在进行着“+”的行为与活动。得益于此，我们得到了一个丰富语意的符号世界。2017年国际青年设计周的年度主题定位于此，让我们用艺术与设计的方式来对“+”进行新的视觉探讨与发现，或许这将能够给我们提供一种重新认识与发现世界的力量。

五、参赛细则：

5.1作品类别：

A. 平面招贴设计 

B. 数字媒体设计 

C. 产品装置设计 

D. 建筑园林设计 

E. 服装服饰设计 

5.2奖项设立：

IYDA国际青年设计奖，一项、1000$(美元)、奖杯、参展证书。

IYD未来之星，五项、300$(美元)、奖杯，参展证书。

最佳组织奖，五项、200$(美元)、组织奖证书。

参展作品，奖项数量若干、参展证书。

5.3征集作品及要求：

5.3.1应征对象：全球范围内45岁以下的设计师、艺术院校师生、设计爱好者，不限个人、团体及机构，均可按照本规则参加征集活动。

5.3.2征集作品不得侵犯各国家文化或道德规范，作品中不得出现侵犯人权、版权等以及涉及违反国际法律法规的现象。参赛作品必须是符合本年度主题的艺术设计作品。

5.3.3每件参展作品的电子文档技术参数：作品幅面60×90cm，像素精度150dpi以上，印刷模式CMYK，文件格式为PDF格式。非平面类作品需在规定尺寸内进行排版与说明。电子文档名称按照“作品类别·姓名·作品名称”规范命名。

5.3.4征集时间为2017年12月1日，投稿截止日为2018年6月30日。

5.3.6参展作品名单将在2018年8月15日后在官方网页和相关媒体相继公布。入选作品将在不同国家的艺术场馆进行巡回展览。届时将会提前通知作者，作者同意后将会进行具体的展事安排。

5.3.7展览时间为2018年10月至12月。

5.3.8国际青年设计周不收取初评报名费用。

5.4作品版权：

5.4.1参赛者的参赛作品必须是参赛者本人（或团体）创作的作品，如作品发生知识产权或版权纠纷等，组委会将取消其参展资格，并由参展者承担相应后果。因参展者的参展作品引发的版权或知识产权纠纷一概与组委会无关。

5.4.2本年度入选的作品，组委会将享有该作品的印刷、出版（含电子出版）、推广及收藏的相应权利。

International Young Design Week is a long-term art design project jointly sponsored by art galleries of various countries.We are committed to the creation of International Youth designers, artists, art lovers design and exchange of public art platform.

Annual theme

As a scientific symbol of level one operation, "+" represents not only the attitude towards nature and everyday scientific research, but also the power of a kind of increase.Today, with the deepening of globalization, every region in the world is engaged in "+" behavior and activities.Thanks to this, we have a rich semantic world of symbols.Let us use art and design to make a new visual exploration and discovery of "+", and perhaps this will provide us with a power to rediscover and discover the world.

Requirements

1. Candidates: Designers,art teachers and students and design enthusiasts from around the world, who are under the age of 45. All individuals, groups and institutions may participate in the recruitment activities in accordance with these rules.

2. The collection of works shall not violate national cultural or moral norms. The work shall not be violated human rights, copyright, etc. or involved in violation of international laws and regulations of the phenomenon. Entries must be an art design work that meets this year's theme.

3. Technical parameters of electronic documentation for each piece of exhibits:Works format 60 × 90cm, pixel accuracy 150dpi above, printing mode CMYK, file format for the PDF format.Non-planar works must be arranged within the specified size and description.The electronic document name is named according to the "Product category • Name • Work name" specification.

4. The solicitation period is December 1, 2017, and the deadline for submission is June 30, 2018.

6. The list of participating works will be published on the official website and related media after August 15, 2018.Selected works will be held in different countries of the art venues roving exhibition.The author will be informed in advance, and specific arrangements will be made after the author agrees.

7. The exhibition is from October to December in 2018.

8. International Youth Design Week does not charge the initial registration fee.

Works copyright

1. The entries of the contestants must be the works created by the contestants(or groups) themselves. If the work is subject to intellectual property rights or copyright disputes, the Organizing Committee will cancel the exhibitor's qualification and the participants shall bear the consequences.The copyright or intellectual property disputes caused by the exhibitors' entries are irrelevant to the Organizing Committee.

2. The Organizing Committee will enjoy the right to print and publish (including electronic publishing), promotion and collection of the selected works.

3. The International Youth Design Week Committee has the final interpretation of this year's event.
